They have same set up the other 4 hotels I stayed at during my trip.
Was told a/c was shut off for all rooms, (all 4 floors) and the heat was turned on because it was getting cold at night(low 50s), but you really can't control it because it is central heat and air. Travelers when doing reviews include your room # so others won't get that room.
